Fall Family Outfit in Gray, Mustard and Red

Summer is winding down and fall is just around the corner. And you may already be planning your family’s next photo session. With all the beautiful fall foliage or vibrant colors of a pumpkin patch, it can a challenge selecting the perfect colors to wear. I love warm rich reds and yellows. But those colors can quickly become over powering in family pictures. That’s why I love this  fall family outfit in gray, mustard and red. The vibrant colors are balanced perfectly with neutral grays and charcoal for a look that screams fall. Wear it for your session in a park among the beautiful folliage or walking down the city streets.

Fashion Tip: Choose one focal piece, such as mom’s dress below. Then pull colors from that item for all the other outfits. If you are using bold and vibrant colors be sure to anchor them with neutrals such as tan, brown, gray or black.
