9 Month Old Baby Beach Photos

Capturing these 9 month old baby beach photos has to be one of my favorite sessions to date. We were vacationing on Kiawah Island, South Carolina last month when Addie turned 9 months old. Instead of waiting until we got home to Akron Ohio to take her milestone portraits, we decided to take advantage of being on the beach. The weather was perfect. The sunsets were amazing. And the monarch butterflies were migrating through and absolutely everywhere you looked!

Baby rolls get me every time! Addie has rolls for days. And her sister did too as a baby. So, when we went to change her into dry clean close to go how, I couldn’t resist letting her be a nakey baby for a few minutes. She loved squishing the sand between her toes and exploring her little budah belly.

I am always amazed how much babies grow and change in the first year. To think that she was just a tiny newborn baby 6 short months ago is mind boggling. If you want to take a peak at her Christmas themed newborn session, click here.
