Fall Baby Photo Ideas
Fall is my favorite session! I love the crisp air and beautiful jewel toned colors! So, I knew I wanted my girls’ fall pictures to be outside. There are so many Fall Baby Photo Ideas out there. But I wanted to create something classic, warm and that captured their curious and playful side.
So, we went outside to play in the freshly fallen fall leaves. This is Addie’s first fall. First Halloween. First time seeing colorful leaves. Or playing in them. So it was fun to watch her expressions. She crunched them in her hands. Of course she tried to eat them! And she tried to throw them in the air like big sister was doing. I still can’t get over how much this little one has grown! If you want to see for yourself, take a peak at her newborn portraits, newborn Christmas session, her 6 month session here. or our outdoor bubble bath pictures.
Once Autumn got the idea that she could throw leaves in the air, she was all over that! And then she discovered she could dump them on sister’s head. I guess that’s what sisters do?
They must have had a good time. It is usually like pulling teeth to get my oldest to take pictures with me. But after this one, she keeps asking if we can do it again!
Toddler dress by Persnickety – I’ve had this gorgeious dress since she was a baby and have been waiting for a chance to let he wear it. I love how the rich jewel tones look against the red fall leaves. It made for a perfect color combination for fall pictures.
The end result has my heart singing!
